Remove Wall and this makes MSVC go insane, don't double load the LGP just to get the names, use listResourceNames(). Disabled catching exceptions so converting .hrc files will throw and crash due to a new unresolved bug

The history compression also removes senstive data and reduces the size by 99% due to many binaries being checked in previously. Reference.lgp had to be removed due to its size (46MB), along with reference.map (3MB)
