Remove Wall and this makes MSVC go insane, don't double load the LGP just to get the names, use listResourceNames(). Disabled catching exceptions so converting .hrc files will throw and crash due to a new unresolved bug

#54 refactor the code a little, use correct file paths for each platform, only load xml data once, share code with qgearsapplication and hide render window by default for installer app.

#54 fix crash in installer - needs to have a render windows, needs changing to a RenderTexture so we don't create a window likely by using QGearsApplication instance

Update FF7NameLookup to use XML to make it more data driven/avoid recompiles. Edited FF7 PC model exporter so it actually runs. Hacked in some of its code to the data installer to convert field models, currently crashes when loading the mesh as the ogre technique index is out of bounds
