#54 refactor the code a little, use correct file paths for each platform, only load xml data once, share code with qgearsapplication and hide render window by default for installer app.

Update FF7NameLookup to use XML to make it more data driven/avoid recompiles. Edited FF7 PC model exporter so it actually runs. Hacked in some of its code to the data installer to convert field models, currently crashes when loading the mesh as the ogre technique index is out of bounds

Re-created repository with all dependencies removed, all history collapsed and all data removed. This will become subrepos. The history compression also removes senstive data and reduces the size by 99% due to many binaries being checked in previously. Reference.lgp had to be removed due to its size (46MB), along with reference.map (3MB)
