Each map now uses it's own text file. No more hardcoded character names: the character and party data it's now exchangeable between the engine core and the Lua scripts. Color in messages reimplementes. Base Lua scripts reformatted and documented. Deleted now unnecessary static text files.

The installer now parses the whole initial savemap. All data from the kernel is now parsed during installation.
