Runs are now better parsed, all reward types are considered and filters are working now. The optimizer has been optimized, and a focus option has been added. Level 20 decorations data inserted and calculated. Silver and purple monsters are now ssen in the catalog. Several minor fixes.

Optimizer code optimized. It is a bit faster now, less verbose, and the code has been documented. More messages are presented to the user, and there is also a log window now.

Removed rune upgrade report. Filter code now in ther own pages and views. Links to ptmize eny unit in monster view. Team rating form teams section. No more custom filters, and some filters fixed and others improved. New UI layout, with a fixed sidebar.
