Fixed an skill parsing eror in the data parser. Skill data fixed too. Solved a minor issue when adding and deleting teams where an error was thrown and the page was not reloading, even if the team was being created or deleted.

Removed rune upgrade report. Filter code now in ther own pages and views. Links to ptmize eny unit in monster view. Team rating form teams section. No more custom filters, and some filters fixed and others improved. New UI layout, with a fixed sidebar.
