Runs are now better parsed, all reward types are considered and filters are working now. The optimizer has been optimized, and a focus option has been added. Level 20 decorations data inserted and calculated. Silver and purple monsters are now ssen in the catalog. Several minor fixes.

All entities use encapsulation now, and they are properly formatted and documented. This commit finally breaks the runs sections of the site, it will be fixed later.
