All entities use encapsulation now, and they are properly formatted and documented. This commit finally breaks the runs sections of the site, it will be fixed later.

Rift Raid run logger. Modifications across the site to refer to enchantments (they are no longer called craft, rune_craft, grinds, etc). SWEX plugin modified to read Rift Raid battles.

SWEX plugin now parses record book. Battle and rank records and guild defense parsed by API. The home page has gone a good overhaul.
