New API version 3. GET, POST, PUT and DELETE methods for profile implemented. POST method for Cairos Dngeon runs implemented. SWEX plugin updated to work with the new profile and Cairos run importer.

Removed rune upgrade report. Filter code now in ther own pages and views. Links to ptmize eny unit in monster view. Team rating form teams section. No more custom filters, and some filters fixed and others improved. New UI layout, with a fixed sidebar.
