Optimizer code optimized. It is a bit faster now, less verbose, and the code has been documented. More messages are presented to the user, and there is also a log window now.

Removed rune upgrade report. Filter code now in ther own pages and views. Links to ptmize eny unit in monster view. Team rating form teams section. No more custom filters, and some filters fixed and others improved. New UI layout, with a fixed sidebar.

Improvements to the parameters form and the results window. Some limit to prevent server ow browser crashes. Some nicer UI. The optmizer is now basically working.
